Movement Festival brings week long festivities to Torino

Deep House Amsterdam | Steve Rickinson

Movement Torino’s 2016 edition brings the likes of Jeff Mills, Derrick May, Adam Beyer, Ben Klock and Marcel Dettmann to Italy with a week’s worth of events leading up to its main Halloween bash.

As the European cousin of the annual Movement Detroit, Movement Torino was recently granted a European Commission patronage, as well as being highlighted by The New York Times as a must attend 2016 event. It features a diverse musical curation, cashless payment system, and deep seeded environmental respect, each coming together to create a world class festival environment.

In the lead-up to the main event will be a series of eclectic events, like October 22nd with Martin Buttrich, Scuola Holden‘s live set on the 26th, and on the 27th, 28th, and 29th will be Movement Club, with Superga‘s Happy Birthday on the 30th.

The main event this year will take place across four fantastic stages serving music from Pan-Pot and KiNK live, Sven Vath, Ida Engberg, Gary Beck, Phuture, Steve Rachmad, Apollonia, Chris Carrier, Le Loup and Djebali b2b John Dimas.
